What does Krik charge creators?
Nothing. Creators join and use Krik completely free. We earn a percentage from brands only when a campaign is completed.
What is the service fee for brands?
A standard Krik Post charges a 14% service fee, calculated as a percentage of your post budget at checkout. You can upgrade to Krik Post Plus, which adds AI tools for a 24% service fee — a 14% base that scales with your budget plus a 10% add-on capped at $150 (the cap only takes effect above $1,500). Both are per-post fees — there are no subscriptions.
Is upfront payment mandatory?
Yes. All campaigns require full payment to be secured before creators start working. Funds are released automatically when you approve deliverables.
How fast do creators get paid?
Within 4 hours of brand approval. We support MonCash, Zelle, and SEPA transfers.
Can I cancel a campaign?
Yes. If the creator has not started work, you receive a full refund of your secured payment minus a small processing fee.
What languages are supported?
Krik is built for the Haitian market. Briefs, contracts, and support are available in Kreyòl, French, and English.
